A feast for crows

Finally finished that absolutely wonderful book by George R.R. Martin. I have never seen a more beautiful karmic act of betrayal until the end of that book and I await the sequel. I also purchased a few things including a shiny new rug for the new place. Gods, the move will be involved and rewarding at the end of the deed.

Oh, I also watched the political debates and found it interesting. I appreciate the round-table format and many of the points/sound bytes were excellent. I shan't speak more of the debate, but I thought this first quote from the Devil's Dictionary would be most apt.

From the Devil's Dictionary by Ambrose Bierce
POLITICIAN, n. An eel in the fundamental mud upon which the superstructure of organized society is reared. When we wriggles he mistakes the agitation of his tail for the trembling of the edifice. As compared with the statesman, he suffers the disadvantage of being alive.
