Not 100%

I had a headache yesterday. Today my back is hurting, brain fuzzed and my appetite is shot. Feh. I will try to crash now and hope that over 8 hours of sleep for once will help. I tried to plug away at my volunteering tonight but the aforementioned brain fuzz didn't help increase my productivity.
