jagash | Possible quitting of my job

They scheduled me to work on saturday night. I had told them 2-3 weeks ago that i was unable to work on saturday nights, gave them days which i can work and a max of 24 hours a week due to school. I was scheduled for 32 hours this week, including a saturday night. I got this schedule on approximately sunday night.So pretty much, if i don't find someone else for that shift which i have told them in advance that i cannot take then i will be responsible for it. I will try to find someone to take the shift, but if that fails then i will hand in a sheet of paper saying "I have stated earlier that i cannot work more then x hours or on day Y. Accordingly, i will not be showing up for that shift. I am both unable to arrive and am not required to work on a Sunday according to ontario labour law. If you desire me to continue working after that point, i will do so including the shift on the following night. If you do not desire this, you may consider this to be my resignation."

We shall see, we shall see.
