Done my last exam, meaning that now christmas may officially commence.  Oh, i also found out i got a B in my Geospatial Analysis class which is less wonderful then i might hope but reasonable considering the hellishness of the exam he had.

Freedom is nice.

I am writing a book for my project as i am certain you all know. The specific bit i am working on may be of interest to other people however, so this time i am eliciting help on some small specific aspects if people were willing to help. Ya don't need to, but it would be greatly appreciated if people could chip in on this.

I am writing up descriptions on approximately 8 major cultures/races from approximatly the dawn of prehistory. We are talking gilgamesh/beowulf era. Accordingly, i need to create descriptions of these people physically (easy enough), culturally in general, psychologically. technologically and linguistically. How do these people dress, act, go about their lives, tell tales and speak to each other? Not only do i need those bits, but names for the group and constituent smaller tribes would be needed and appreciated.

The basic breakdown is as follows.

Group 1: The native north american peoples

Group 2: The native south american peoples and other jungle peoples

Group 3: The peoples of the tundra and ice (Inuit-Paleosiberian/Samoyedic )

Group 4: Middle-eastern nomadic tribesmen

Group 5: Sumerian/Mesopotamian early city dwellers, the civilized/technology laden peoples of the world.

Group 6: Northern indo-europeans (Finno-Ugrians, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proto-Indo-Europeans).

Group 7: African/savanna peoples including the Australian aboriginals

Group 8: Proto-Dravidian peoples (Indus valley, west asian)

Group 9: East Asian peoples, as an early stage.
