The evening
Oct. 14th, 2007 10:01 amLarp was decent, though circumstances on a whole could have been more favorable. When one's two best and most competent allies are not around when they are crucial, tis not good. The time at the bar was all friendly like and Frances/John explained a few aspects which i did not previously understand about the larp. Spent some cash in celebration on the employment thing.
The rest of the evening was less pleasant. Angela's throat started hurting as she came back from the bar, to the point that it hurt her to swallow. I got some medication (advil liquigels) just to help cut down on that discomfort so she could sleep but that just prompted the results of nausea. Several times over an hour or two. She is currently trying to sleep some of it off, but she had a lousy night and is not up for anything today really, other then recovering from that.
