Crazy weather and a successful artist

Well, it took me close to an hour to get to work today. Considering i live about 45 minutes walk from work on a normal day, that is a touch insane. Certainly understandable considering the weather though. We should have about 2 feet of snow when all is said and done, which leads to the observation of rather intriguing vehicular manouvers. People did well to recover from near wipeouts. It would be safe to say that the commute was unpleasant. Turns out that the boss was going to call me to cancel the shift but she forgot. *shrug* Another day, another $34 approximately. It was so little due to the fact that we closed early, turning my 8 hour shift into a mere 3 hours at work.
