Accidentally fulfilling a meme

One good thing a day meme and I happen to have precisely one good thing. I made Pad Thai for the first time and considering that I have perhaps eaten the stuff twice in my lifetime prior to that isn't bad. I also lacked a few ingredients and had to improvise somewhat. The only problem was my incorrect chopping of the lemongrass but that is minor. Mucho tasty.

I also suspect that tomorrow will be a royal mess as I have been told there will be 25cm of snow from last night until tomorrow afternoon. That and a high probability of a strike. I am incredibly lucky to actually have a ride to and from work via a coworker.
