Did some baking, variants of the crackers form last time. Bad variant.
1) Normal variety by the recipe sans Parmesan; overcooked a little so they are crunchier then I hoped.
2) Chili crackers, moderate success
3) Cheese crackers, horrid failure. I accidentally added too much baking soda and thought I had removed enough of the excess. Not at all. Waste of good Parmesan and cheddar. Inedible, even by me.
That is annoying. Oh well, my little sister will be coming on over here in a few hours so I have things to look forward to.
