This ate a day and a half of my life.

Took a while and though I would have liked to also get some writing done, the creation of this piece of art was rewarding in it's own right. I followed a tutorial on a very neat gaming cartography site (http://www.cartographersguild.com/). While the GIMP crashed on me twice in the production of this, costing my another hour or two in recovering, the end product is pretty decent in my opinion. Thoughts?
