Painful and tasty at the same time

I just spent my day, or at least over 6 hours, cooking new and interesting food. To be precise, I did a trial run cooking up potstickers and gyoza for the first time with some Japanese meatballs to finish things off. If I had used premade wonton wrappers or the like it would have been much easier but less personally rewarding. Yeah, I made two different kinds of wrappers.
I'm glad I tried it out, both for the product (including a ton of stuff in the freezer) and the experience gained. Still, I'm quite tired and my feet are killing me so I'm glad that I could stop.
