I bought some fresh fiddleheads on sunday. Blanched them then fried them up with butter, minced garlic, smoked maple/garlic pepper, kosher salt, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Jaw droppingly awesome, even if the fiddleheads were a touch pricy. It was worth it.
