Down with the you-know-what

jagashIt seems that I have been burning the candle at both ends with a blowtorch. I spent all weekend as well as the odd evening. During the same period of time, I have been working 9-10 hours a day in the insanity of my work. Due to those factors I haven't gotten nearly enough accomplished and I am running down to boot. Add in an oncoming cold (I think) and you get a recipe for being slightly grumpy.
I will crash early and try to get 8-9 hours of sleep in case that could help me recover. I am sorely tempted to take monday off as either a sick day or vacation day depending on my wellbeing at that point. I know that I can't take the next two days off though as I have _far_ too much to do.
Long term I do think it imperative that I take some time off for myself. I have been slightly overbooked it seems and the strain is starting to show.
