jagash1) Ow. Jodo + the carrying of very heavy groceries yesterday means that my musculature aches. Should help tone the muscles, but it;s still not entirely comfortable.
2) I know intellectually that I am being foolish in certain ways. So why the hell can't I listen to my higher brain functions and act in the way which is the most beneficial overall? Ugg, My psyche irks me at times.
