So my father and sister spent all night trying to convince me to fly out to Calgary for a week, specifically for the purpose of checking out Banff. Actually, it would be for different reasons then most. I would be spending a good portion of my time there speaking with a few contacts of my father at the park and getting a bit of an insider tour for biologists. Learn about what they are doing at the park, spend a bit of time outdoors and generally get a grounding at the jewel of ecological work in the country. The problem is that I am not exactly the most spontaneous person around so pulling off one of these flights (even at a reduced price) was still much harder then most people find it.

I will therefore be in the Rockies from June 15th to June 22nd of this year. I figure that since I can't get a full refund, I have just boosted my chances that someone will offer me employment which will prevent the trip. Yay Murphey.
