An embarassment of meat

It's clear my meals won't be Kosher or Halal, let alone vegetarian. There was boneless cut pork loin on sale so I picked up a $12 package. It gave me enough for 13 pork chops and 3 large stirfry's worth of meat. I clearly must invite folks over consume some of it, though a few of the folks whom I would most readily invite are not so hot on the pork.
