So my back and neck were killing me, to the point I considered calling in sick to work tomorrow. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with a practicing registered massage therapist I know who I used to practice Jodo with. Cost a pretty penny, though my benefits will help with that. More importantly, I am no longer hurting and caught up with her in the process. It helps to moderate the soul crushing pain of my current job.
