A rather busy weekend

So, I came home from work on friday completely exhausted. I pretty much crashed immediately, though I did manage to do a few mandatory chores. This was because I had to get to the last bird identification course which started at 7am on Saturday. Then I dashed back home and entertained my family (including my future brother in law I suspect). Went back to the folks place and did the social thing before being brought back home.
Sunday was far busier. I left at a bit over 7 am to attend the first day of the Ottawa Farmers Market at Landsdown. http://www.ottawafarmersmarket.ca/ Got fresh produce (Asparagus and Fiddleheads), delightfully complex hotsauces and some excellent spices which filled me with glee. The weather was brutal, but at least the market was active. I bussed back home, dropped off my purchases and grabbed my gear for Jodo. Immediately after Jodo, I was off to Ironpheonix's place for Roborally and other gaming. I failed every game I played in, but had fun.
So completely run off my feet this weekend and the next will be even more insane. I love my life at times.
