I am violating my sacred rule of self-preservation and eating poutine more then once within a 6 month period. Fortunately I have already filled out my organ donor card. Perhaps I ought to write a will.

Pfft. That may be vile, but I just ate half a McCain Deluxe pizza which I'd garnished with mustard, ketchup, a half dozen chopped hotdogs and some moldy mozzarella cheese I'd been keeping in my freezer with the intention of throwing it out.

I love poutine, just like any other junkie. It just takes years off my life.

Remind me later to show you what a "typical" meal down here looks like. Southern cooking makes that look like the healthiest thing on earth. (Luckily, I don't eat "typical" Southern food very often. I'm not a big fan of tons of grease, gravy, and mayonnaise in every meal--especially since I'm allergic to the latter.)
